This project allowed us to display how to effectively manage 30 crews turning over 5-6 units per week, every week, for 50 straight weeks through Process, Pre-Planning, and Schedule. BIC is proud to have devised a system to effectively manage and turn over high volume, high frequency rehabs throughout 4 separate locations.
