CRE Training – Build to Suite

Class Description :

This class is designed to help commercial real estate professionals gain a better understanding of how a building’s physical attributes affect tenant compatibility. Attendees will learn how to evaluate property listings and more effectively align client business needs with the existing infrastructure, zoning regulations, and code requirements. 

Using real-world examples—such as explaining why a former servery space may not be suitable for a professional office—we will review current New Hampshire codes, address common compliance FAQs, introduce basic use groups and occupancy concepts, and encourage interactive discussion. Participants are invited to share their scenarios to receive practical guidance on matching the right users with the appropriate spaces.
