- Creation and implementation of construction project schedule
- Fiscal responsibility to Manage vendor cost control/quality control
- Maintain detailed records to issue RFI’s when unforeseen conditions arise
- Procurement review to formally submit and track critical materials and equipment
- Recommend Material and Equipment alternates
- Permitting, Board of Appeals and local jurisdiction coordination
- Closely coordinate logistics with Staff/Faculty/Owner/ LL management
Full time Site Supervision and Coordination:
- Manage and Schedule-all trades/vendors sequencing and quality
- Interface with state and local building departments/municipalities
- Coordinate all deliveries/logistics and field related construction
- Maintain a safe and clean project site with daily reports, weekly photos and safety meetings
Project Close Out:
- Inspections
- Certificate of Occupancy process
- Close out manuals and warranty provisions
